That experience grew into Proper Tea Estate Sales. Today, we bring that same care to families across Arlington and the DFW Metroplex.
At our sales, you’ll find us wearing fancy hats—a little tea-party flair that’s become part of Proper Tea. They make us easy to spot, so shoppers know who to turn to for a question, a helping hand, or a friendly hello.

Blair studied photography and textiles at the Maryland Institute College of Art. With a background in retail and a love of older, well-made pieces, she leads professional photography, merchandising, and creative upcycling. She also brings several years of hands-on professional organizing experience, helping clients sort through belongings and create spaces that work for everyday life.
Stefanie brings experience in business administration and customer service. Her strengths in organization, numbers, and patient communication help keep every project moving. She also manages online sales and shipping.
